Welcome to the FREO Australia’s Loyalty Program – The Freo Fam (“Program”). By enrolling and participating in the Program, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Eligibility
The Program is open to individuals aged 14 years and above who are residents of Australia. By registering, you confirm you meet the eligibility requirements.
2. Membership Registration
To join, customers must register via the FREO Australia website www.letsfreo.com, and provide their contact details to activate their membership, including their full name, date of birth, email address, and residential address.
Only one account per individual is allowed.
FREO Australia reserves the right to reject or cancel any registration at its discretion.
3. Earning FREO$
Members earn [e.g. 1 FREO$ for every $10 spent] at participating FREO Australia outlets.
Points will be awarded only for qualifying purchases made directly with FREO Australia (and not via third-party delivery services).
Points may take up to 24 hours to appear in your account.
4. Redeeming FREO$
Points can be redeemed for rewards as listed on the FREO Australia website www.letsfreo.com
Redemption thresholds and rewards may vary and are subject to change without notice.
Points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred or assigned.
5. Expiry & Forfeiture
Points will expire 12 months after the date they were earned, unless otherwise stated.
If an account is inactive for 12 months or more, all accumulated points will be forfeited.
6. Changes to the Program
FREO Australia reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program or its Terms at any time, without prior notice and at its absolute discretion. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.
7. Privacy
All personal information collected for the Program is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By joining the Program, you consent to the collection and use of your data for loyalty-related communications and updates.
8. Fraud & Abuse
Fraudulent activities, abuse of the Program, or failure to follow these Terms may result in immediate termination of membership and forfeiture of points.
